• Lecturer and Ag. Head of Department of Midwifery and Women’s Health, School of Nursing & Midwifery – UDS, Tamale Campus.
• Served as Clinical Skills Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer at the Department of Midwifery, School of Allied Health Sciences – UDS
• Previously worked as a general nurse/midwife at the Wa Regional and Tamale Central Hospitals.
• Member of the Theta Tau International Honour Society of Nursing
• Fellow of the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives
