Dear Colleagues,
As the end of 2025 fast approaches and we prepare to welcome the year 2026, I take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation to all staff for your dedication, professionalism, and resilience. Throughout the year, your unwavering commitment has ensured the continuous delivery of quality healthcare services to our clients, often under challenging circumstances.
Together, we have taken deliberate and concerted efforts to surmount several long-standing challenges. I am pleased to report that significant progress has been achieved in the areas of water supply, the establishment of High Dependency Units, the provision of new beds for A&E, ensuring a stable supply of consumables, and the expansion of oxygen supply. These gains reflect the strength of our teamwork, shared responsibility, and commitment to institutional excellence.
We also acknowledge with gratitude the continued support of the Government of Ghana, our partners, and our cherished clients. Your collaboration and trust remain vital to the successful execution of our mandate.
As we celebrate the Yuletide and look ahead to the New Year, I encourage all staff to prioritize personal safety and the safety of loved ones, particularly those who will be travelling. Let us celebrate responsibly with our families and communities, while reflecting on the values of compassion, service, and unity that define our profession.
On behalf of the Governing Board and Management, I wish all staff and your families a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
